The global economy runs on industrial commerce. The parts, the factories, the infrastructure, the bits of the world that don't work if a pump fails at 3am or a conveyor line goes down in Düsseldorf.
And yet, the revenue engine that keeps this industry going, sales, still runs like it did in the 90's: on inboxes, PDFs, gut instinct and memory.
We think that's absurd.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Easy money is being left on the table.
Every day, industrial distributors and manufacturers lose revenue they already earned, through missed RFQs, slow responses, and knowledge trapped in one rep's head. Customers' downtime costs them $10k to $2m an hour. Whoever responds fastest wins. And still, the average reply takes days.
Industrial commerce has been waiting for this moment. Other B2B industries digitised a decade ago. Industrial commerce didn't, not because it didn't want to, but because the workflow is genuinely hard: millions of SKUs, custom pricing, unstructured emails, specialist context. Deterministic software couldn't crack it. AI can.
We believe sales reps lives should be better. They're the ones behind the screens all day, living the pain, fielding the requests, making the judgement calls. They don't need another dashboard. They don't need another tab. They need their inbox to stop being the place where revenue goes to die so they can free up their time for other higher impact activities.
